Welcome Massage Therapy Students & Recent Graduates

On behalf of the Registered Massage Therapists’ Association of British Columbia, we welcome all Massage Therapy students and recent graduates to join and participate in our association free of charge.

Student members receive regular e-newsletters, discounts on CEC courses, access to the RMTBC research database, and access to malpractice insurance for relaxation massage. If a student is doing massage while at an accredited massage therapy school or has graduated from an accredited massage therapy school but has not yet written your CMTBC Board Exams, they may purchase malpractice insurance for relaxation massage only. The coverage is for $5 million in malpractice and $5 million in general. The cost of this insurance package is $80 from November 1 to October 31 of each year.

For students would like this insurance or have any question, contact the RMTBC office.
